How to measure quality, cost, risk, and user impact without vanity metrics.

The Shape Of The System

Design choices decide what the user experiences as intelligence, speed, reliability, and trust. In From Prompt to Pipeline, the core design choice is how much freedom the system gets before it must show evidence or ask for help.
